Back in October we had some professional pictures done of the boys. Here are a few of them.

Oh so Thankful!
I can't tell you how thankful I am for two amazing boys!!! They slept through their first Thanksgiving dinner, but that just gave me more to be thankful for...a hands free meal!!!
We made the 10 hour journey to MO to visit my sister and her family. To say our boys were loved is an understatement!! Kids were constantly singing or running around for the boys enjoyment. All I can say is the Alphabet song sung repeatedly (to get the boys to calm down) drove us crazy. It was great to see everyone, and so fun to still be able to play with my nieces and nephews like the good old days! We loved the trip.

October 2010
Real Quick!
They boys are almost 7 months!!! I can't believe it! As of Monday Matthew weighed 21.6 lbs and Seth weighed 18 lbs even. They are laughing up a storm and keep me on my toes.
Randy and Molly came down in the middle of October. I have to say sorry to both of them because a visit to our house now means you are going to have to hold babies and even be left with them occasionally. I hope they didn't mind too much!
We took the pumpkins to a pumpkin stand to find some gourds. Out of the two, Matthew was the only one to enjoy himself. Seth only gave us stares. Super cute kids none the less.
For months we had planned to have the boys be Mario and Luigi for Halloween. It was quickly realized that Matthew's legs do not fit most overall's his size, so we had to do some scrounging and hope he didn't grow too much before the holiday. Our Ward had a Trunk or Treat activity so we tried to make the trunk look sorta like Mario's World. Paul and I went as people playing Super Mario World (with Wii controls in hand).
I would say it was a success. The boys did great, their costumes rocked, and once we got our car jump started the evening was complete.

That's the smile that's hard to catch on camera! |

The Mario Brothers in the making...All we need now are some letters on their hats. |
Apparently Mario's M did not want to stay on! |
Now imagine the music to the game and tada! That's our trunk! |
One Halloween down many, many more to go! |

September goings on
The weather is cooling off which means the boys and I can finally go outside without our skin melting off.
It also means soccer season has started! Here are the boys enjoying a day in the shade while Dad plays a little Football.
Somewhere in there was my birthday. We had friends over for ice cream cake the Sunday before. The power went out while everyone was here, so we tried to encourage people to eat more cake before it melted. It was definitely a memorable celebration! For my actual birthday our friends watched the boys so we could go out to dinner. I have to admit it was nice not having to rush through a meal because someone was squawking at us! ;)

We're on the move!
Seth has been teetering on rolling over for weeks and finally got it today. How exciting!!!!
Matthew has two chompers coming in on the bottom making his outfit changes even more frequent.
It is so amazing and humbling to see them grow.

Matthew's Office
Matthew smiles constantly, but has become very good at turning it off when the camera comes out. We had to work pretty hard to get this one!

Father's Day / Blessing Day
ather's Day was extra special for us. Not only was it Paul's first official Father's Day, but it was also Matthew and Seth's blessing day.
Last year I suggested to my family (who up until recently hardly ever got together all at once) that we should have a family reunion in June of 2010. My idea was to come up with a date and time, one year in advance so everyone could save money and vacation time. Then we found out we were expecting the boys, and our plan to get together for a family camp out seemed a bit unrealistic. Luckily my family said it would be a great idea to come to Texas instead of camping in CO and participate in the boy's blessings.
Paul's parents and sister along with her son were also here for the blessing, making it one awesome time! So for 5 days we had (depending on the day) 13 adults 12 kiddos and one dog running around our place. Matthew and Seth did really well considering the noise and being passed around. It was great to have all of my family, and as many of the Denson's that could make it here for one great weekend.
I totally copied and pasted all of Megan's hard work here.

Cleanliness
I have always wanted a clean house. While working I mainly got to my house cleaning on Saturdays. I have a wonderful husband that LOVES helping me clean (ok love may be a strong word, but at least he was willing). Together we could hammer out most of our cleaning all in one Saturday.
As my belly got bigger, bending over to clean and scrub became too difficult. Heck even standing for more then a few minutes got to be difficult. On Paul's birthday I had decided to clean the house, so we could have people over the next day for cake and ice cream. The mind was willing, but my body was not. I ended up on the couch asking Paul if he would mind sweeping and mopping the floors. Happy Birthday to you Paul.
Fast forward to today. Up until lately, I have really had a hard time finding time to get things cleaned. Just ask Tomo, who up until today was allowed to spread his dirt where ever he went. Today with the boys help, I was able to sweep, mop and vacuum. Granted the house is no where in the state I would like it to be in, but I have to say I love my clean kitchen floor.
Thank you Matthew and Seth for giving me some sanity by letting me clean.
Thank you Heavenly Father for giving me the energy to clean on the day that Seth and Matthew would be cooperative. The planets must have aligned just right today! now if only that dang dog would stop getting so dirty!
