One year ago....

Time really does fly with kids.  One year ago today we brought home our little bundles of joy.  Now they are big, 25 and 21 pound bundles (chunks?) of joy.

It seems that the boys knew their birthday was coming and that they needed to hustle in the moving department.  Seth uses his new crawling skills to get to the edge of things, pull himself up, and then move on to walking.  We're not sure if Matthew saw Seth and wanted to get into stuff as well, or if he would have done this on his own, but he decided to start rolling about the same time.

I am totally not used to my boys moving.  I put something down and the next thing I know little hands are all over it.  It now seems more real then ever that I am outnumbered during the day.

Here are some pics of the festivities.  There were a lot of tears, but what can you expect when you are scared of the wrapping paper and people singing happy birthday to you?

  3. Chunks, eh? Certainly they are cuter than that :p
I thought at Christmas they were excited about wrapping paper...how quickly things change. I'm sure they keep you busy and moving -- guess you better keep playing a zone defense!

  7. I guess I'm off the hook for buying them gifts since they obviously don't like receiving them.
